TRACKER DODGES RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Tracker did not implement cancellation of contract which was supposed to be transferred to new vehicle. It was only discovered when I cancelled Tracker recently. Technically I was under (mis)impression that my vehicle was covered; which I was not as it was still identified with a discontinued tracker to a vehicle sold in 2019! *******ly forcing debit deduction from my bank. Tracker repeatedly ignores my calls and e-mails. They owe me a refund for some 66 months!
