TRACKER DO NOT GIVE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE

Tracker installed a tracking device in my new car in the beginning of January 20202. Up till now it still does not show where my car is. Not updating! I phoned today 12 March 13:30. Amo tpold me that they maybe can respond in 3 day!!! I asked for a manaager but she cannot put me through. She says the manager is not in the office. Like most businesses in SA management can not be contacted. I would like to have a technician at my premises today to fix what I am paying for. I also would like a refund for the time the system was faulty.
