TRACKER DEDUCTS FUNDS OFF DEACTIVATED ACCOUNT

I have not had tracker or a car with a tracker unit for more than 5 years. I woke up this morning with a deduction from Tracker 02/01/2016 TRACKER 00GW105DTRACKEP66531 of R329. I can only imagine how many people they do this to and it will be reported on social media and I will be sending this to as many newspapers as possible to exploit this should they not resolve it within 24 hours. They must also remove my details & bank account off their system. Can they also explain to me how it is that I have had ZERO deductions for such a long period of time and I have not instructed them to debit me?
