Tracker customer services atrocious

I have been trying to cancel a service with tracker , for a vehicle that I have sold months ago and have called in twice to the call centre , in November and December and each time told it can’t be managed on the phone and they would call me back as they can you’ll put he information . No calls received and no way to have this cancelled . Appalling service
