Tracker costs you don't join them

I've have my car for 18 years and had a normal Tracker Alert in from about 2005 no problems nothing. Tracker recently installed a skytrax or care unit in my vehicle and all of a sudden battery keeps being flat. we bought a new battery and had the vehicle tested. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE.

So i requested a Tracker tech to be sent out to test the tracker for battery drainage. Just to get told by a rude guy named Mervyn " the Tech" its never the Tracker its always the vehicle. This guy obviously thought i'm stupid coz i'm a lady. and now im gona be charged R 550.00 just coz i let Trackers Tech came out to and be rude to me. IS IT NOT THE OLD UNIT MAYBE DRAINING MY BATTERY ????? Do we have to help Tracker think.

I really cant believe this my husband works for Tracker and if this is how staff get treated how must real clients feel no wonder everyone is ****ed off at Tracker.

I am really not happy my husband had to jump start my car again this morning. And i would not suggest Tracker to anyone.
