Tracker Connect's pathetic service delivery!

I had a tracker account and after my car accident in 2014, Tracker refused to cancel my account but continued billing me for years after numerous attempts to cancel. I approached the ombudsman of which contacted Tracker. Thereafter Tracker responded saying my account has been cancelled but to date lawyers are still contacting me for payment. Two different lawyer firms to date. This means Tracker has not honoured which was claimed on their response to the Ombudsman and have not removed me from ITC resulting in a bad credit record. Tracker never fails to amaze me with their devious ways! Rather take your business to CarTrack. Tracker really has terrible service delivery, save yourself the trouble.!
