Tracker connect’s despicable Service

I would like to recommend that Miway cut ties with Tracker connect services due to the ********** service that tracker is giving us as Miway clients or customers and even prior to joining Miway. Tracker debits bank accounts on dates not agreed on, this coupled coupled with their lack of etiquette as far as their personnel’s refusal to return calls when requesting to be called back as they fix their mess ups at your expense on the line while holding. They allude that they are unable to dial out. I’ve been charged R900 for a basic recovery unit that was suppose to be R129 through Miway. They(tracker) never Want to account for anything. A service consultant called Inganathi Ndandani from tracker besieged and begged me not to cancel the tracker contract and instead convinced requested that I continue with an extension of the contract for another three years because I had changed to Miway and will not be charged a cancellation penalty. The following week my bank account On the 23rd September 2020 is debited By an amount of R600. This is a company whose consultants pride themselves with quantity of clients joining and making commission at the expense of a decent service. The long story short is that Inganathi is nowhere to be fortune as he doesn’t respond to emails requesting for his intervention on his failure to do a proper job that he pays for. What a travesty it is to be lured into Tracker as a service provider.
