Tracker Connect USELESS Service

In december 2019 I bought a car and urgently needed tracker installation I opted for tracker connect and after a month I installed another tracker from a different company called Matrix. All installations were done at my home. After few months I realized I'm always receiving calls from Matrix about the whereabouts of my car and even when my battery is flat or taken out of the car but I never received any communication from tracker connect except messages relating to payments made. During I think level 4 my brother lost his job so I was the only one who had to support the two households financially; I then contacted tracker connect on the 17 April 2020 to cancel because it was expensive and came with only one tracking device while Matrix installed two and was less plus their service was great. On the 5th June I sent a second email as I never got a response. Still they ignored me. I decided to stop paying and they continued to send emails that my account is in arrears but failed to respond to my emails on time. In October they told me that they handed my account to the lawyers and I have to pay about R900. I did pay and sent them an email again for cancelation. One of them called me on the 12th December acknowledging receipt of the R900 and told me I have a choice to pay R1600 early cancelation or wait for the 36 months contract to end. I told him at the moment I don't have the R1600 for cancelation and will contact them when I have the money. He then said if that's the case the contract will continue. To my surprise he asked me to give him my residential address, I was shocked how the hell they have been monitoring or tracking my vehicle as they apparently do not have my address and which is impossible as the tracker was installed at home. I hang up as it was prove enough that from the first day of installation they never monitored my vehicle movements, they don't even know my residential address. I regret the day I joined tracker connect, the service is useless even when vehicle is in high risk zone they never called, when I took my car for service they took out the battery for sometime, they never called, it means if my car battery was ****** they wouldn't even know because they do not care about their customers. The service is useless I cannot wait to pay them the cancelation fee and cut all ties with them.
