so I have received a call from tracker account department on the 27 Sep 2019 informing me about my arrears account 'according to them',so I explain my unhappiness why I want to cancel my contract,they informed me my contract is month to month for my 3 year contract has expired in like April or something...,I cancelled the service on 30 Sep officially,and made an arrangement to pay the account end of Oct 2019,anyway today 17 Oct I have received a call (rather a miscall) I phoned them back to find out form some sort of debt collectors Norman Bissett & Associates Group that tracker has handed me over tho them, how ridicules of tracket to contact me on the 27 Sep then hand me over without receiving my arrangement payment,i mean the useless ******** company,no notice arrears statement email or sms of communication was given to me up until l was the call on the 27 Sep 2019 and now within 2 weeks I'm handed over,how unprofessional...so disappointed in there approach....
