Tracker Connect Poor Service
Poor customer service, unprofessional, and ********* business. You are not informed that enabling car guard feature in the tracker App will result in additional charges for each message sent. I cancelled my contract and requested a cancellation confirmation, I was promised it will be sent by email and still have not received it even after calling them 3 times to request the cancellation confirmation.

29 Dec 2025, 20:38I have paid my cancellation fee and my contract is still not cancelled. They keep claiming they attempted to contact me with no success. I have not received any communication from them since I sent the proof of payment for the cancellation fee. They lie about resolving issues and continue to treat their customers with no respect. My contract with them is only a month old, I will never use tracker again. Arrogant and unprofessional agents.
