Tracker Connect not Useful
Recently installed a Tracker unit in my car BMW Was doing some Maintenance on my car Disconnected the battery and i expected a call from the Tracker company due to Battery being disconnected ,
Guess what they had not called me to find out why there was a battery disconnect , I Need to know why dot they follow their process , what if the car was being ****** or the Tracker unit being disconnected ??????????????

An agent from Tracker called and said that a Battery Disconnect for more than 15 - 20 Minuets is not a concern to Tracker
If its a Disconnect for and hour or so then its a concern,
My worry is if a ***** has to Disconnect the Tracker and leave that device at the point of where the car is with the back up battery that Tracker has or the Unit has how would Tracker know if the car is stollen
I asked the consultant that called me does he know how long it takes to strip a car , he told me no he does not know , i then requested a Manger to call me and up to now no Senior manager has called me
From what i have seen on TV it take a ***** less than 2 minuets to remove a tracker device if found in a vehicle and then if the company is lucky to track the vehicle it can be recovered if the vehicle can not be tracked , what happens then ,
