Tracker Connect (more like TRACKER CANNOT) handle a simple request

Tracker’s service is dysfunctional.

I have dealt with multiple agents, each giving different and incorrect instructions. No one appears capable of processing a basic administrative change: updating contact details on an existing account after a death. There is no device change, no installation, and no additional service required.

All forms were submitted weeks ago. I was promised an email address to send the death certificate even though I initiated this with the death certificate. This has still not been provided. Instead, I continue to receive irrelevant sales and product information and to complete new forms.

What should take minutes has dragged on for weeks. The lack of ownership, competence, and internal coordination is unacceptable. I am now ignoring further calls from Tracker and will be cancelling the subscription at month end.
