Tracker Connect is the worst

Tracker gives the worst service. Sold my car and had to have a new tracker fitted into the new car which I did. After fitment I checked the Tracker connect app which showed my car was in Randburg yet my car is in Langebaan in the western cape. I activated the tracker panic alarm in the car and as expected Tracker emergency only responded seven minutes later and that after I again activated the panic button. The lady from tracker who responded said they normally respond within three to four minutes. In a crime ridden country like South Africa 🇿🇦 that’s not good enough. I am also unable to use the app as it is dulled out and according to her it’s in sleep mode. That is very helpful given it’s intended for an emergency and to set certain parameters. To make matters even worse my car on their map is in Johannesburg and not Cape Town. How pathetic is Tracker Connect
