Tracker connect is the worst
Now I see why this company's customer rating is so low. If there were a rating lower than 1 star, I would have given them that. They are bullies and provide the worst service ever. Their agents are rude and unhelpful. I called on 6 November to confirm the debit date, which is the 27th of every month, only to wake up today and find they debited my account early.
I never want to be associated with this company again. There are other tracking companies that offer far better service.
