Tracker Connect is disgusting

The service at this company is disgusting. Even after calling in, speaking to a consultant my request still has not been actioned. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the vehicle had a Tracker device. My previous (before selling it) also had a Tracker device. When I purchased the new vehicle I asked the consultant to transfer my Tracker profile to the new vehicle since I'm on tracker and the new vehicle also has a tracker device. I was assured this will be action and now I'm paying for both vehicle. The consultant I spoke to today at 10am this morning assured me he will call me back beore COB today and nothing. Yet they are still debitting me for two vehicles.
