Tracker Connect is a Red flag - Installation Technicians are ***********.

I am extremely disappointed with Tracker Connect South Africa. On February 26, 2024, their technician damaged my brand-new vehicle during tracker unit installation. Since February 27, 2024, my vehicle has been at the dealership with no confirmed repair date. They are attempting to fix it through trial and error, ordering part after part without resolving the damage. The old rental vehicle they offered is nothing close to the brand-new vehicle they damaged, and it is not what I bought or wanted to experience. Despite demanding a replacement vehicle or full compensation equivalent to the retail value of my car, I have received no feedback from Tracker. The frustration from paying monthly for a car I can't drive is already enough. I no longer want the vehicle due to safety concerns. Tracker must take responsibility and resolve this issue urgently!
