TRACKER CONNECT HORRIBLE SERVICE

Tracker is the WORST company ever invented!!!!!they are all smiles and helpful when you install and buy a product but hell try to cancel the thing and if you think it is easy you got another thing coming!!!! Trying now for a week to cancel my tracker due to the fact that i am getting a new car spoke to almost 5 people each telling you another story and giving you a different Cancellation fee i mean really cant they count?! They are completely *********** and will sommer tell you it is unnecessary to get worked up because you have confirmed an amount and when you process the cancellation they just add another month of payment just because they are to LAZY to go and cancel that next months payment because it is canceled straight away. rather build yourself a playground and sing happy chappy songs this is the real world grow up and get real i will never advice anybody to make use of them.
