Tracker Connect have failed to advise customers that there is a problem with their app leaving them (customers) unable to to activate

I posted a negative review in Google Play Store over the weekend about your app because I couldn't connect and you responded with "This doesn't seem right. We want to take a closer look at this for you" and invited me to mail your app support. I did and your response (Nonke Shabangu, Platinum Desk Agent) was "Kindly note that the tracker car guard feature has an error ,our Engineers are aware of the fault and they are still busy resolving the matter". Say, what???? Whilst I can appreciate that your response to the app review was probably a generic message, you were clearly aware of the problem but did not give me a heads up leaving me at risk over the weekend and going into this week? Again, you were aware of the problem and failed to inform me/all customers/app users up front accordingly? Therefore you failed to advise customers that they were at risk and failed to provide any guidance as to how to mitigate that risk while you are looking for a solution to the problem? And, so I was using my vehicle without the protection for which I pay? Who do you think will be left holding the short straw if my car is ****** whilst unprotected because of your problem and I put in a claim on my insurer? This is simply not acceptable and requires a complaint to WASPA, your watchdog body

Tracker: It seems that you have issues to resolve before you can "help me reach a resolution". I'd say that the ball is totally in your court
