TRACKER CONNECT - **********
What a ********** company to deal with. 1. tracker unit has not been working for 7 months 2. calls logged, emails sent, technicians dispatched and still cannot make it work. 3. never missed a subscription but i never get any feedback from Tracker. 4. the cancellations department is never available and the call center agents just say they have sent an email and u never here any feedback.
long and short the company is poorly managed and no one follows up on anything and their technical division is clueless.
