Tracker connect fails to deliver service

On the 31 October 2020 around at 18:15. I was driving to work. My car jacked up, nothing was displayed but the engine was on. I pulled out on the side of the road. I checked if I have enough water. Everything seems to be fine. Went inside the car, I can’t turn the engine. I was more confused. I than call road assistance from tracker, they said they are coming to assist me. However I was I’m full unform, my unform so popular that anyone can stop and take state property. I can’t revile THe organization I’m working for. My life was in danger keep on calling track up until 19:30. The guy from towing truck called, he asked where am I taking the vihecle to. My respond was to my residential address. He said he cannot go there Because it not safe for him. I will get someone to assist me. At 20:00 I had to try other alternative. I called private assist towing truck. Only got home at around about 21:10. Hence I was rushing to work. Tracker called just before i reach home. Asking for my location. However I only had bad experience with tracker hence I would never recommend to anyone. I had to use my own money but I’m paying them every month but still failing to deliver services when it needed.
