Tracker connect Customer Care Agents
As much you love to kid your self that you Customer Care Agents. You are programmed with a script that directs you what to say. When a customer asks you do some out side of that role. You cant help the customer. When you are a real Customer Care Agent you think out the box and are in the position to make a change that will solve the customers issue. All the communication have been you keep going to the sheet saying you answered my issue. You keep going round in circulars. Hello peter keep keep asking me to review . that's my opinion
