Tracker Connect continues to charge me even though subscription is cancelled
Following my complaint on 22 July 2019 I asked that the tracker unit be removed from my vehicle and that the subscription be cancelled. The tracker was removed from my vehicle but Tracker Connect continues to deduct a monthly subscription from my account & there is no record of removal or cancellation on their records. The service continues to be appalling and unprofessional.
