Tracker Connect Complaint

I Andre Delilie was a Tracker client, I joined Tracker Connect in 2018. In the same year I had an accident and my vehicle was a right off .I was liable to pay Tracker connect for 2 years as per their contract, for a vehicle that no longer existed. I still paid for the full 2 year contract. In 2021 I joined Tracker Connect again, after 1 month I bought a new vehicle and requested that the Tracker device be removed from my old vehicle to my new vehicle as I planned to sell my old vehicle.I was informed it can't be done that I must take out another contract. I continued paying Tracker for the next 2 years for a I car that I've sold.When I called them after 2 years I was suddenly informed that it is a 3 year contract that I was not aware off. I continued paying till the 3 years expired. After the 3 years contract they still deducted money from my account, when I queried I was informed that I'm now on a month to month contract with them without my consent or knowledge.
