Tracker connect ******* company
Tracker Connect is the most *********** and unreliable company. I took out insurance at Miway for my Polo vehicle 4 years ago. I was informed by Miway that in order to insure my vehicle i need to install a tracker into my vehicIe. The tracker was installed by tracker on their expense. I dont ow the vehicle anymore and been trying to cancel the policy. I was informed that i cant cancel the policy as it is valid for 3 years, no where in the policy document is there a clause that states that the policy cant be canceled. I have send numerous emails and messages to cancel the policy to no avail. No one is answering the phone at cancelation office. Im fed up and frustrated. This month the deducted from my bank account after sending a cancelation letter on 20 January 2024 already. I would never ever recommend tracker connect to anybody. They are a bunch of *******s.
