Tracker connect Bad service ever!

I signed-up a contract with Tracker connect after referral from colleague, but only to learn that the service is very poor and the contract is bidding that I can’t terminate it. Just a week ago I had experience a faulty device on my vehicle and contacted the customer service for urgent resolution. What if the care get ****** or if the device is hacked, i cannot even find any tracking on the app and im not the one driving the car. I’m so disappointed that regardless several calls I made for technical team to look into the matter, my issue is still unresolved and the customer consultants are lacking customer service skills. I requested panic button on my business cars and only to discover that is not offered and had to pay extra R95 for assist button.
