Tracker Connect are ******** on new installation........ THEY ARE A RED FLAG!!!!!!

A tracking new device installation was scheduled with Tracker on the 9th Dec 2021 at menlyn fitment centre, on arrival I was assisted by a gentlemen called (Don) I was told it was going to take an Hour 30min for the fitment. After 25min I was told the unit is in and shown the panic button, installation certificate was issued I asked the gentlemen if I will be able to see the vehicle on the app and he said after an hour or so. The following day 10th Dec 2021 I checked my app the vehicle doesn't appear, I pressed the panic button............ Guess what? No call from tracker assistance, pressed the button all day and nothing.... I went on the app to ask for assistance via my enquiries but no response from Tracker..... This is a huge **** and I currently have 3 vehicles with them, I think its time to change the service provider
