The actions of staff at any company is a reflection of the CEO and senior management of any company. This applies to when you receive superb service and when being ******. The latter is most likely to occur when management need to boost revenue to support their motivation for a bonus to the shareholder

I was required to take a multi year contract with Tracker Connect who offered a discount to my vehicle insurer. In the past few months a detected an over charge. When I enquired, I was told the additional charges is a result of me moving my insurance to a new insurance service. This was not the case and Tracker was informed so on several occasions and requested to remedy this. Most recently my communication has been with one "Veaan" who chooses to ignore my more recent emails.
