TRACKER CONNECT - A HUGE FAIL!!!
I phoned Tracker to see if they knew where my vehicle was. They couldn't tell me. Their employee Anthea said rather phone my insurers King Price, they should know. What are we paying Tracker for??? She added that they only call out an ambulance for us if we have an accident. I would phone my medical aid for an ambulance, so why am I paying Tracker. After phoning them a 2nd time I was told the general area my vehicle was in but they had not a clue how to pinpoint it! Why do we pay them monthly. It's an absolute waste of money.
