Tracker Connect a bad service provider to be with

Early January I got a settlement from tracker for my account of R262.00 ,and made payment into the FBI banking details that was provided, its March and I'm being harrassed by Blake and associates that I did not pay in the right account and I should make payment, however on my side the account number used confirmed as the details are on their system, I've sent proof of address but it seems as if they want to RIP me of ,alot of people have been telling me why did I take tracker connect but I thought it was the best company with a good reputation but I was only fooling myself, I should have taken other options, if people are looking for a tracking device they should shop around and not be **********.they need to investigate as all the communication I've been doing it on my site, phone call including email.
