Tracker connect

Tracker connect is the worst company I ever had to deal with. Since March 2022 I tried to cancel my contract because I sold my vehicle and immigrated to Canada. The call center can not help you, but gave me a email address. They don't respond to the email!!!!! After 2 months of trying, I stopped the payment. All the sudden they can contact me and request payment. Again I tried to cancel my contract with them. After another few months I finally got it canceled, but now they keep sending me emails to pay my arrears, but they don't supply an amount. The bank account number is not recognized by FNB.I have rep**** to their emails as well as send 5 emails to another email address that they supp**** for any enquiries. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF THE EMAILS BUT KEEP SENDING ME REMINDERS TO IMMEDIATELY PAY THE ARREARS. If that is their level of service, I'm so glad I never had to make use of their vehicle recovery services. I doubt it would be any better.
