They debited me twice for a subscription that I asked Kgomotso (Call Ref CL**********) to cancel, I then spoke to Lethukuhle and also asked her why they debited me twice last month she couldn't explain to me, i asked to speak to the supervisor after being told that supervisors are not available I insisted to hold for a good 20 minutes the finally i spoke to the Merlani, told her to cancel the other subscription and she promised me to do so and that the will investigate and call back to me, even today I'm still waiting!!!! Today they debited me twice again... I regret doing busibess with them as they are a bunch of useless unhelpful staff... Now I called the customer service and guess what they not operating... What a WOW
