Tracker Connect

Twice this week I have been unable to track one of my vehicles. We have reported that this unit is faulty with no response from Tracker Connect to correct this matter. Whenever I call in to report this I am told that they have a technical issue that is being worked on and this is why I can’t track the vehicle. I find this strange twice in one week is quite excessive. They emphasise that we as customers must check our units on a regular basis or else they won’t be responsible if anything happens to the vehicle BUT they are not even interested in sorting the issue out. Further more I have a contract with them and would have to pay in in order to cancel the contract Tracker Connect can offer shoddy service and we the client are just expected to accept this. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING A TRACKING COMPANY and I definitely will not recommend Tracker Connect at all
