<p>I had called tracker to arrange installation of a tracking device in a second vehicle, because I was happy with the service and especially the discreet and safe installation in my vehicle in 2013. Today, 19 May 2016, after booking an installation, (note that the lady who made the booking over the phone followed all protocol asking for a private closed area for installation as expected) the Polokwane branch then sent a guy named ****h, who decided that the closed garage was not appropriate to do the installation, and instead of asking for another closed area such as the back yard,he reversed the car into open view- and did the installation in public view. With construction workers overhead from a house being built next door ( workers literally walking on the roof) and in the open yard of a corner house with palisade fencing. Which is great because they can now hire any of the construction workers or passers by to install units for them. In fact the neighbourhood is aware of the device location only the owner of the vehicle is not. Really tracker? Don't your technicians know your safety policy at all? Agh shame. I take back all the recommendations I've ever given to tracker. Not to be trusted again. :(</p>
