Tracker causing me serious financial difficulties
Tracker is acting in an ************ manner, I've been their client for years yet they treating me in the worst possible way. I lost my job 2 years ago and communicated with them that I will settle my policy once I have the funds to do so. Even communicated that the bank reported the car. They don't care. They have continued debiting my account since then and haven't stopped even though I have communicated with them on numerous occasions. This doesn't help me or them at all, they are solely responsible for hundreds worth of charges on my bank account that I cant afford. Unfortunately cannot close that account cos that's where my severance package will be deposited. They are playing dirty and I definitely will be taking them to the ombudsman. They are acting in a ****gish manner. Who debits an unemployed persons account that clearly has no funds for over a year. I will be taking serious legal action against this company. They are cruel and inconsiderate, I would never recommend anyone to do busines with these people!

04 Apr 2020, 16:40What do you mean the matter has been amicably resolved? Nothing has been resolved here you are telling me you will continue to debit my account! When is debiting a bank account billing? I will be proceeding to take you to the ombudsman just watch me! You will be liable for all the charges that the bank is charging me, you are busy enriching the bank at my expense actually you treating me like a ******** as if l will run away and not settle the policy. You are ************ and have exposed yourself and will expose you as such! If I have to take you to court I will do it! I have done it before with ************ companies like you and will do it again with you.
