TRACKER CANSELLING PROBLEMS

I sold my bakkie in December 2022 and contacted Tracker to notify them which the admitted to . They then sent a notification soon afterwards to a third party with they do not have a agreement with to apparently notify them that the last months payment was in arrears and must be paid first. This info did not reach me and I assumed the matter closed. Then without any OTHER communication with me they handed me over on the 23 MAY 2023 ... 6 MONTHS LATER!! Their call center was contacted 1May2023 and still refused to terminate the deal or correct their mistake of R1700 AND ON TOP OF THAT I NEED TO PAY A NOTICE MONTH AS WELL WHILE DELIVERING NO SERVICE TO ME. Maybe the public needs PROTECTION in the form of legislation TO STOP THESE UNFAIR PRACTISES.
