Tracker cannot track your vehicle as they install faulty units and never tell you!

I have been trying to cancel my contract as Tracker has not tracked my vehicle since April 2024. The unit broke. Then I battled for months to have it replaced. Finally, it was replaced in October 2024. In November 2024 I purchased a new car and went on the Tracker website. I was shocked to see my old car is in Johannesburg since March 2024! I realized that the new tracking unit was not working.

I phoned Tracker to chat to them about it and all they wanted to do is replace the unit again even after I told them I sold the car. I asked for the cancellation and was told there is a Cancellation fee. I asked for this to be waived seeing that Tracker failed to promptly repair the original unit and the replacement unit was faulty (their techies never picked this up). I made it clear that I will not be installing tracker in my new car.

I was promised a call back as they needed to get authorization for the cancellation fees to be waived. I now have phoned several times and all I get is empty promises.
