Tracker Cannot Track Anything

Noticed on the app that my vehicle's location is at a complete different location than its actual physical location on multiple occasions. Upon phoning the call centre it was confirmed that they are experiencing delays in the location services and they are not able to tell my vehicle's location while also confirming the wrong location where they think it is currently located.

This is the single service that they need to perform and they cannot do this, placing my family's safety at risk and giving a false sense of security. Tracker did not send any notification out that there are issues, further showing that they are trying to hide their inability to perform the agreed service from the public.

Hiding such a critical fact in a country where safety is an issue is not only ********* but borders on ******** conduct for providing a false sense of safety for a service that is not functioning properly.
