Tracker cannot cancel their contracts and keep charging
I called in to cancel my tracker contract on the 14th of June. They sent a confirmation of cancellation letter effective 30 June 2023. All my payments were up to date. To date tracker is still trying to collect money from me every month via debicheck debit orders which I dispute at the bank. This is costly as the bank adds their own fees. Every Time tracker calls I explain and they assure me that this matter will be fixed. I've even sent multiple emails with no resolution to date. I keep getting SMS and calls from tracker and I keep getting charged every month.

25 Jan 2024, 03:06Fast forward to January 2024, I get a call from a debt collection company to say I owe tracker money and my account was handed over to them.
All this after tracker supposedly handled my query and a promise from them that my account is resolved and closed. (They even refunded me).
Today a debit order goes off on my account from tracker, again!!!
Why is tracker unable to close my account and still persistently taking money from me for an account that was settled and closed in June 2023!!!????
Worse is they are trying to tarnish my credit record by handing me over to a debt collector! For an account that is settled and closed.!!! Utterly ridiculous.
All this after tracker supposedly handled my query and a promise from them that my account is resolved and closed. (They even refunded me).
Today a debit order goes off on my account from tracker, again!!!
Why is tracker unable to close my account and still persistently taking money from me for an account that was settled and closed in June 2023!!!????
