Tracker cancellation nightmare.

In April 2023 I called tracker to cancel my services as I had sold the vehicle. Tracker informed me that they will cancel the main device, however there was an additional service I had on the car which I am paying R48.00 and requires R200 cancellation fee or end in August 2023. I let the service run with an expectation that come August payment would stop or at least tracker would notify me of a renewal of service so that I can end the contract. Nothing. Tracker continues to deduct my R48.00 and is refusing to refund the excess of the R200 or cancel this service unless I pay the cancellation fee.

This service was added on to my main device obviously without this particular term and condition communicated. Why must I pay R200 to cancel a signal to tracker? Why are you continuing to make me pay for a service I don't have and which you should have stopped a long time ago!!!!
