Tracker cancellation
I sold my car and want to cancell the payment. When I phoned in, the lady informed me that I cannot cancell the contract because it is a 3yr contract and I am liable for a cancellation fee of R1200!! This is totally not acceptable as I was not informed that this is a 3yr contract. I will never recommend Tracker to anyone.
