Tracker cancelation

Don't get me wrong tracker is a good company. I am an armed response officer my company and tracker work hand in hand recovering ****** or hijacked vehicles that's why I signed up. I have installed a tracker unit for my girl friends car, she and her husband is divorced they agreed she would use the car for the children sake. He purposely stopped paying the car so they came and took the car. I contacted tracker explaining them what happened and I need to cancel. That was Friday the 13th May 2022, today is the 22nd of May each time they tell me the same story they will contact me. Today Sunday I received an sms attempt has been made to contact me but they not open in a Sunday. This is bull@### is there no one that can help me what can I do because clearly they are busy ******** or something. When you phone you can get hold of an operator accept the cancelation dep. They tell me they will send an email in my behalf. And to make things more **** for me I am on stress leave off work how fun is this for me. What do I do, do I close my account and open a new bank account Jesus this is ridiculous really.
