Tracker can't track my Tracker unit and find car!

Tracker... Wonderful people, beautiful ads, useless service and ******* product!!!<br> <br> We got a tracker with a 36 month contract in December 2011. In 2012, the vehicle was written off and towed away. We contacted tracker to tell us where the vehicle is, as we did not know where the vehicle was taken, to remove personal items and the Tracker (so that we could use the unit again). We were told by Tracker that they are unable to track the Tracker...<br> <br> We asked Tracker to cancel the contract, but they never did, as it was a 36 month contract. We had to keep paying, even without using the service. <br> <br> When the contact expired in December 2014, we again asked them to cancel it. January, February, March and April 2015 the debit order went off, even after repeatedly requesting we want to cancel the service. We decided to reverse the debit order for April, as the contract has lapsed, and after repeated requests to cancel the debit order, we were still paying. Yesterday we received a message that we were handed over to attorneys for reversing the debit order. <br> I hope Tracker will immediately remedy the situation and reimburse us for time and money wasted on trying to sort out their mistake!
