This company accesses your bank account without your permission, even without ever having a tracking device. They ask you to contact them if you did not authorize it, but refuse to help you without giving them your ID number. They then have access to your bank account, your phone number and your ID, free to do what they want. Saying all calls are recorded, they then have proof that you willingly gave them your ID number.
