Tracker - Blake & Associates

I got insurance with Pineapple. One of the requirements was to have a monitoring device installed. Someone came and installed the device. I was told it's not a tracking device but will be used to monitored and detect colosions and alert the insurance.

When I left Pineapple, I asked them to remove it. That was more than a year ago. I have been receiving call and promises that the relevant department will call and arrange for removal. This morning I got an SMS " Your Tracker account has been handed over to Blake and Associates for collection on the current arrears outstanding. Pay R414.00..."

I'm not sure who Blake is. I don't have an account with them. Seems like ******ion at this state.

I have responded by email asking for the cancelation countless times. Also because I don't trust any tracking device in my car. I did get a last call from them, the guy tried to explain but we were not getting to the point were he had to get it canceled and removed. We got disconnected, now Blake and Associates is chasing.
