Tracker billing

Tracker has transferred my account to the attorneys amounting to 497 which I paid last month. to my surprise they told me that the tracker is reactivated but I don't have the car anymore and I have explained that to them since January 2014 and I have also requested the cancellation and the recording which states that I have agreed to the terms and conditions of 3 years contract. I then called a lady called Jabulile Msengane on 30th January 2014 requesting the recording, on the 10th February 2014 I called tracker and spoke to Tshidi who promised to send me the recording through email and up to date I haven't receive anything and now yesterday I called them and ask why should I continue with the account whereas I do not have the car anymore and they said I am still have 5 months remaining in the contract. How can my account be handed to attorneys and be reactivated after payment? Where is the recording?
