Tracker ********* Behaviour / Taking Money without a Contract

I see Tracker is doing this to a lot of people. Looks like their modus operandi. Keep on deducting/taking money from peoples account long after contract has been cancelled. Then they promise to investigate, why they take money from account even after they confirm I cancelled the contract as per their system, then the investigation takes ages, then once they realize / confirm what is going on, then all communication stops. They don't come back after telephone queries and promises to phone back, or promise to get manager to phone back, or answer e-mails request. Nothing. They owe me +- R 60 000 through this action of theirs since 2018. Can just imagine from all reviews how much they have *******ly taken from customers. This their response on 4 May 2023: "Kindly note that I have submitted a query for the credit on the units you were charged for Since Oct 2018, I also see that you cancelled the units. I will wait for a response on the query I logged." Since then not returning mails or phone calls.
