Tracker bad service

What a bad experience and a horrible service I've been getting from this company, i am busy paying for services I'm not getting, its the second time now this year their tracking device stops working on my car, 1st time i called them one of their consultant told me its also my job to track my car when asked her where is my car and she couldnt answer me as their device was not working... Now its happening again i called them and its now over a week that they said they will call me to book an appointment with their technician to come fix their non functional device.... I would advise anyone looking for tracker services to play and look far away from this company, their services are beyond poor, at times the tracker app doesnt work, now my car hasn't updated since 1st week of December.....
