Im so disappointed in Your service. Since last week i requested help with setting up my device. Even wen i log a request for help im still not being attended to. I call today, spoke to a Prudence even with an echoing line were i repeatedly said i cant hear her, she still insisted on not calling me back to resolve my issue.
