Today.. recieved a call from tracker(supervisor) returning a call that I requested last week already..regarding a refund that I havetracker requested.. Have finished my contract and is on a month to month basis with them... Been paying more than required so there has been credit in my account.. They owe me..., There reply was that I need to have proof of payment(must proof the credit/monies in my account is indeed my money..as per there company policy. So if it's my account and iam paying them every month.. Why must I proof its my money.. It's my account and nobody is paying it... *** is there fiance department doing.. Have canceled my payment request from the bank.. Will use all the credit I have left in my account and when done will cancel my month to month contract with them. Once upon a time they where a great and successful company.. Good luck to them.
