Tracker are you for real!

<p>I had tracker installed in my vehicle, the vehicle was stollen three months after installation. Tracker recovered the vehicle....great! How ever the vehicle was stripped beyond repair. To top it all Tracker advised me that I have entered into a three year contract with them. This was the first time I got to know about this because when I requested for the tracking device no one told me that I was entering into a three year contract. Ok, so the three years have gone by and I paid my last payment. I contacted Tracker and informed them to cancell the account. Fine, I received confirmation that the account was settled. The debit orders never stopped....I called again and again, I was assured that this will not happen again. It stopped for the three months that I have placed a stop payment with the bank. It is now a year later and I am still having to contact Tracker to cancell the account. To top it all on the 18th March 2017 Tracker debited my bank account with a rediculous amount for no reason. The consultant could not give me the reason for this debit and assured me once again that the matter will be resolved and my account will be credited. I am appaled at Trackers service and the fact that I had to pay a service for over three years that I had no benifit from and also that I am batteling to cancell the account. Sort out your house Tracker.</p>
